Sweetened Mascarpone, Berries & Honey Pizza
A delicate dessert pizza featuring creamy sweetened mascarpone, juicy berries, and a golden drizzle of honey. Light, refreshing, and perfect for warm evenings or brunch menus.

Ingredients
- 1 × 10–12 oz pizza dough ball
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing crust)
- 200 g mascarpone cheese
- 30 g powdered sugar (or to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 g mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 2 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzle)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Optional: toasted almonds or pistachios for crunch
Method
- Preheat: Heat your Festa pizza oven to ~700 °F, or a conventional oven to 500 °F.
- Shape: Stretch the dough into a 10–12-inch circle on parchment paper. Brush the edges with melted butter.
- Par-bake: Bake the crust for 3–4 minutes until lightly puffed and set. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare Cream: In a bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Assemble: Spread the sweetened mascarpone over the cooled crust. Top with fresh berries.
- Finish: Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with mint leaves (and nuts if desired).
- Serve: Slice and serve immediately — best enjoyed slightly warm with the mascarpone gently melting into the crust.
