General Product Warranty Information

All Festa Pizza Co. products are backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Warranty coverage periods vary by product, and specific warranty terms—including coverage duration, included components, exclusions, and claim requirements—are detailed on each product’s warranty page.

To ensure full warranty protection, customers are encouraged to register their product within the specified registration window. Products purchased directly from Festa Pizza Co. are registered automatically. Products purchased through authorized retailers may require manual registration with proof of purchase.

Products sold and fulfilled by third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers are not covered under any Festa Pizza Co. warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, commercial use, or normal wear and tear. Festa Pizza Co. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages where not prohibited by law.
