📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. A confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the order ships.

Shipping Rates & Estimates: We offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates are based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days – Free
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days – Calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship to international destinations.

Carriers We Use: UPS, FedEx, USPS – selection may vary based on delivery location and method.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email after shipment. You can also view order status through your Festa Pizza Co account if one was created at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  2. We may file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
