Shipping and Delivery
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
International Shipping
We are not currently shipping to international destinations.

Carrier selection may vary depending on delivery location and shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow its journey. You can also track your order status through your Festa Pizza Co account, if you created one at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details provided at checkout or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
2. We may file a claim with the shipping carrier and send a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
