S’mores Pizza
A molten chocolate, marshmallow, and graham-crust dessert pizza that brings the campfire to your oven. Perfect for sharing or ending a pizza night on a sweet note.

Ingredients
- 1 × 10–12 oz pizza dough ball (any style)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 40 g finely crushed graham crackers or Biscoff cookies (plus extra for garnish)
- 100 g chocolate chips or chopped milk chocolate
- 60 g mini marshmallows
- Optional: drizzle of chocolate sauce or Nutella
Method
- Preheat: Heat your Festa pizza oven to about 700 °F.
- Shape: Stretch the dough ball into a 10–12-inch circle. Brush lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
- Par-bake: Bake the crust for 3–4 minutes until lightly puffed and set.
- Top: Spread chocolate evenly over the crust and scatter marshmallows across the top.
- Bake: Return to oven for 2–3 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden and gooey.
- Finish: Sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs (or Biscoff cookie pieces) and drizzle with chocolate or Nutella if desired.
- Serve warm: Slice and enjoy right away for that campfire feel.
